Dear John,

When my mother-in-law decided to sell her home in Naglee Park, I had the good fortune to meet you. Living in a small house in San Jose for the past 16 years, I was commuting for 14 of those years over an hour each way. Since my house was so small and in such disrepair (built in the 1940's) I despaired ever selling it and coming out with enough to pay off the mortgage and being able to purchase a new home.
